Founded in 1985, Executive Services is a leading provider of corporate secretarial, administration and accounting services in Mauritius. The group comprises Executive Services Co Limited (“ECSL”), which is the oldest company secretarial company on the island and has over the years built a solid reputation due to its  professionalism and integrity; and Executive International Services Co Limited, which is a  Management Company, licensed by the Financial Services Commission (‘’FSC’’).

We have a large portfolio of clients (over 500) within different industry sectors of the country to whom we provide a quality and personalised service. We always keep up to date with regulatory changes so that our clients have accurate, relevant and timely advice on all  their business matters.

We have a well experienced team comprising of 16 employees out of which 13 staff are Practising members of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and also members of various professional bodies who strive to offer to our clients a personalised service tailored to suit the clients’ needs.

Executive International Services Co Limited (“EIS”) is a Management company incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius and duly licensed by the FSC to provide corporate and trust administration to local and  international companies. As such, we are regulated and supervised by the FSC with regards to the quality of our incorporation and company management services, our risk and compliance framework, the application of anti-money laundering regulations, the competence of the staff and the safeguarding of client interests. Along these lines, we are subject to substantial capital adequacy requirements and carry professional indemnity insurance.

We provide our clients with local expertise in conjunction with a global perspective, supported by a board of directors with solid experience in Global Business Services.

DIRECTORS' PROFILE

PIERRE DINAN
Chairman

Mr. Pierre Dinan holds a BSc. (Econ) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He was a Senior Partner at   De Chazal du Mée (DCDM) for 20 years until he    retired in June 2004. DCDM was the local representative of Arthur Andersen in Mauritius. He was also a Director of Multiconsult, for twelve years until 2004. Multiconsult was one of the leading Management Companies in Mauritius until it was sold and became eventually IQEQ. Mr Dinan was director on the board of several blue chip client companies of Multiconsult. He has been over the past 35 years one of the most recognized thought leaders in the private sector in Mauritius in matters relating to macro economy, finance and    corporate governance. He acts presently as a Company Director for a number of public companies in the manufacturing and financial services sectors respectively. Mr. Dinan was the    founder Chairman and is still an active member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.


MARY ANN PHILLIPS
Non Executive Director

Mrs. Mary Anne Philips is a practising Attorney since 1995. She holds a Maîtrise en droit from Academie Ex Marseille and previously worked in the banking sector as in-house lawyer of the BNPI Group and in the insurance sector. She specialises in company law, commercial law, bankruptcy law, insurance, financial services and  banking as well as civil law. She has previously held the position of member and Vice-Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius from 2005 to 2014.


CHRISTIAN ANGSEESING
Managing Director

Mr. Christian Angseesing is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“ICSA”) of United Kingdom and is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Executive Services Limited. He was previously, for 10 years, the founder and executive director of a management company before he left and formed EIS. Mr. Angseesing is a Fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors and was the President of the  Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (Mauritius Association).


DIDIER ANGSEESING
Executive Director

Mr. Didier Angseesing is currently the Director of  Executive Services Limited and the senior accountant and manager of Executive Accounting Ltd. Mr. Angseesing is a Chartered Certified Account of the Association of Chartered Certified  Accountant (“ACCA”) of United Kingdom since 2007 and a Fellow of the ACCA since 2016.
